A Rare white, blue and red site poster from
1975 headlined 'A Thrilla in Manila'. Named the greatest
fight of the past fifty years by the Ring, this battle ended
the trilogy of fights between the two champions when Frazier
could not answer the bell for round 15. The poster features
a series of head shots of both fighters and is in excellent
to mint condition with some very light staining measuring
24x34 inches.

THRILLA IN MANILA
This epic battle fought in the Philippines
on September 30, 1975. The "Thrilla in Manilla"
was the rubber match between the two heavyweights and it
proved to be the most exciting and grueling Ali/Frazier
fight. Ali won the bout and retained his title when Frazier
retired on his stool prior to the fifteenth and final round.
Ali collapsed from exhaustion after the fight
of which he said was "as close to death as I could
imagine".
