Ali's managemnet, the serial number has been placed on the
back of the poster so as not to effect the image.
When Larry Holmes Signed this rare boxing
poster, he pointed out that it was the first one he had
been asked to sign and that he had not seen one of these
since the actual fight, He went on how these posters were
actually on the walls at Caesar's Palace and he had not
seen any since. He said it was usually the common lithographic
poster he was usually asked to sign. Did he want this poster!

This poster features a small Leroy Neiman rendition of
both boxers above a picture of Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas
where the fight took place on October 2nd, 1980.
